What is Third Party Access?
Third Party Access is when someone is given permission to access your account and manage your money on your behalf. The person given Third Party Access might be a relative, friend or carer who can carry out tasks and make sure your money is managed properly.

Large print, audio CD or braille
If you're having difficulty seeing your documentation, we can convert this to large print, audio CD or braille. Contact our customer service advisers to tell us about your preferred method.  

Neurodiverse easy-to-read options
Customers with dyslexia, ADHD, dyspraxia, dyscalculia, or autism may benefit from receiving documents in a neurodiverse format. Documents can be formatted to a different background colour, tinted overlay, colour text, font and font size.  Contact our customer service advisers to let us know what works best for you.
