Ongoing enhancements

As you may have noticed, we’ve been carrying out a major programme of enhancements to our website and there are more to come. We are listening to your feedback and our investment platform will continually evolve to ensure it meets your needs, so keep an eye out for tweaks and new features.

Latest enhancements

You can now manage your pension drawdown online

Many people find the prospect of entering drawdown a little daunting. It needn't be. At Fidelity we're here to guide you through it. Either call us or, if you already have a Fidelity SIPP, log on and use our new online journey to withdraw tax-free cash or take a lump sum.

Set up regular SIPP contributions from third parties online

You can now set up regular contributions for your pension account online from a third-party payer, such as your spouse or a family member. To set up, go to 'Regular savings plan' within 'Manage investments'. You can add a new payer or choose from the list of existing ones to start contributing.

IPOs & Placings

Whilst Fidelity does not currently offer direct access to participate in IPO/Placings you can, however, potentially use your Fidelity Investment Account to hold shares you acquire from such events.

Transfer Junior ISAs online

You can now consolidate Junior ISA investments from other providers online, and where we offer the same investments your child will remain invested throughout the process. This means they won't miss out on growth and income if the market rises during the transfer.
