Director dealings: Anglo Pacific chair completes sale-and-purchase
(Sharecast News) - Symphony International disclosed another investment made by director Anil Thadani on Monday, after he spent almost £0.13m on the company's shares. The firm said Thadani bought 241,543 shares on the open market on Friday, at a price of 43.65p per share.
That valued the transaction at a total of £127,859.23.
Anil Thadani is a board director at Symphony International, and is also the chairman of both its investment manager Symphony Investment Managers, and of Symphony Asia Holdings.
Anglo Pacific Group was the solo entry on the list of sales, meanwhile, after its chairman made a sale-and-purchase transaction as part of his "portfolio management".
The company said Patrick Meier sold 28,024 shares for 174.2p each last Wednesday, and subsequently bought 28,024 shares for 174.3p each.
Following the transactions, Anglo Pacific said Meier's total beneficial holding including his close associates remained 437,006 shares, representing 0.2% of its issued share capital.
"These transactions were undertaken as part of Mr Meier's portfolio management," Anglo Pacific said in its disclosure to the market.
