Director dealings: Beazley non-exec makes purchases, Onthemarket CFO sells option shares
(Sharecast News) - Insurance firm Beazley was at the top of the buying side of the ledger on Wednesday, after one of its non-executive directors spent more than £0.1m across four transactions. The FTSE 250 company disclosed that in the first transaction, Raj Agrawal bought 19,963 shares for 440.6p each, for a total value of £87,956.98, while in the second he spent £8,638.21 on 1,961 shares at 440.5p apiece.
In the third transaction, Agrawal bought 647 shares for 440.8p each, for a total of £2,851.98, and in the final purchase, he paid 440.2p for each of 429 shares, valuing that purchase at £1,888.46.
Property marketing portal Onthemarket was sitting solo on the selling side of things, meanwhile, after its chief financial officer exercised a number of nil-price options, and then sold the shares.
The AIM-traded firm said Clive Beattie has exercised options over 16,515 shares under its employee share option plan.
Beattie then sold 16,515 shares at a price of 70p each, netting the finance chief a total of £11,560.50.
