Director dealings: Eco Animal Health CFO invests, Ilika finance chief completes share sales
(Sharecast News) - Eco Animal Health was at the top of the list of buys on Monday afternoon, after it disclosed a £70k purchase made by its chief financial officer. The AIM-traded firm said Christopher Wilks bought 50,000 shares on Friday, at a price of 140p each, giving the transaction a total value of £70,000.
Following the purchase, Eco Animal Health said Wilks' total interest in the company was 74,095 shares, representing 0.11% of its issued share capital.
On the selling side of things, Ilika made the only disclosure of note, confirming that its chief financial officer had sold more than 370,000 shares in two transactions.
The AIM-traded solid-state battery technology company said Steve Boydell sold 371,222 shares between 18 March and 21 March, at an average price of 109p each.
In the first transaction, he sold 259,204 shares for 109.74p apiece, netting him £284,450.46, and in the second he sold 112,018 shares at 107p each, totalling £119,859.27.
Ilika said the transactions completed the planned share sale resulting from the option exercise it announced on 8 March.
