Director dealings: Great Western Mining chair buys almost 10m shares
(Sharecast News) - Great Western Mining shares were rising on Thursday afternoon, after its chairman bought almost 10 million shares across eight transactions. The AIM-traded firm said Brian Hall made the transactions between 3 and 5 October, at prices between 11.49p and 12p.
In one transaction he bought 2,500,000 shares for 11.6p each, spending £289,999.99, and in another he paid £239,999.99 for 2,000,000 shares at 12p each.
A third transaction saw Hall buy 1,295,281 shares for 11.55p apiece for a total value of £149,604.96, and a fourth was for 1,000,000 shares at 12p apiece, for £120,000.
The final four purchases were for 1,000,000 shares at 11.49p, totalling £114,900; 666,666 shares at 12p, totalling £79,999.92; 538,053 shares at 12p, totalling £64,566.36; and 500,000 shares at 12p, totalling £60,000.
That made for an aggregate volume of 9.5 million shares at an average price of 12p, for a total value of £1.14m.
At 1359 BST, shares in Great Western Mining Corporation were up 8.33% at 0.13p.
