Director dealings: Haleon non-execs spend over £0.5m between them
(Sharecast News) - Consumer products giant Haleon found itself on the list of director deals on Wednesday, after two of its non-executive directors bought more than half a million pounds worth of shares between them. The FTSE 100 company, which was spun out of British pharmaceuticals behemoth GSK on 18 July, said director John Young bought 80,541 shares on the London Stock Exchange on Tuesday.
Young paid 312p for each share, spending a total of £251,287.91 on the investment.
Senior independent non-executive director Vindi Banga, meanwhile, picked up 98,000 shares on Monday, also in a market transaction in London.
Banga paid 291p per share, valuing the purchase at £285,180.01.
