(Sharecast News) - Paragon Banking Group was among those on the list of buys on Wednesday, after a non-executive director and their associated invested in shares. The FTSE 250 company said Tanvi Davda purchased 3,936 shares on 10 July, in a single transaction on the London Stock Exchange.
At the same time, Reya Harris - a "person closely associated" with Davda - picked up 1,765 shares in the company.
In its disclosure, Paragon said Davda paid 505.495p for each of the 3,936 shares purchased, while Harris paid 506.94p apiece.
On the selling side of the ledger was CentralNic, after a company linked to a non-executive director sold around 2.4 million shares.
