Director dealings: SIG CEO snaps up shares
(Sharecast News) - SIG revealed on Thursday that chief executive Gavin Slark had acquired 890,000 ordinary shares in the London-listed construction products supplier. Clark, who took over as CEO in February, purchased the shares on Wednesday at an average price of 38.91p each, for a total value of £346,298.99.
SIG revealed on Thursday that it had swung to a pre-tax profit in 2022 as pass-through of input cost inflation remained "a strong tailwind" throughout the year.
As of 1630 GMT, SIG shares were up 1.13% at 40.40p.
